Who is responsible

Tsanko Valentinov Tsankov, trading as Prima16, is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. Contact: support@prima16.com.

Your document data stays with you

Everything you type into a generator — company details, customer names, amounts — is processed in your browser and used to build the PDF. Saved documents, your company profile and your unlocks are stored in your device’s local storage. We do not upload or read them.

What we do collect

• Usage events — which generator was opened, whether a PDF was produced, whether a purchase started or completed. Aggregated, no document contents. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, collected by our hosting provider in server logs for security and fraud prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Support messages — the email address and content you send us. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.
• Purchase data — collected by Whop when you buy a document unlock. We see order metadata, not your card details. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.

Who we share data with

• Whop — checkout and payment processing for document unlocks.
• Gumroad — checkout for the Household Cash Book file.
• Hosting and analytics providers acting as our processors.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

Some providers process data outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months, support correspondence for up to 24 months, and order records for as long as tax law requires. Data in your browser stays until you delete it — clearing your browser data removes it permanently.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Write to support@prima16.com and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies and security

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Local storage is used only to keep your documents and settings on your device. Whop and Gumroad set cookies needed to run their checkout. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
