Every Prima16 purchase is a one-time payment. If it is not right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason, and you keep any PDF you already downloaded.
How to request a refund
Document unlocks are processed by Whop. Write to support@prima16.com with the email on your receipt. We will refund the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
What a purchase unlocks
Paid unlocks remove the Prima16 footer line and are stored in the browser you bought them in. If you clear your browser data or switch device, contact us with your receipt and we will restore the unlock.
