Who you are contracting with

Prima16 is operated by Tsanko Valentinov Tsankov, trading as Prima16 (“Prima16”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or downloading a document you agree to these terms. If you use Prima16 on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

What the service is

Prima16 generates business paperwork as PDF files in your browser. The templates are document templates only. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice, and the English templates are not VAT invoices — you cannot reclaim VAT with a delivery note or a quote. You are responsible for checking that a document meets the requirements that apply to your business.

Acceptable use

You must not use Prima16 to:

• break the law, or produce fraudulent, forged or misleading documents;
• send spam or impersonate another business;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
• interfere with the service — malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits;
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service.

Intellectual property

We own the Prima16 software, templates, branding and documentation. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generators and to use the documents you create for your own business. The documents you produce, and the data you type, remain yours.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or withdraw generators. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim; we exclude indirect and consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

Payments

Paid unlocks are one-time purchases — there is no subscription and no account. Card checkout for document unlocks is processed by Whop. Household Cash Book purchases are processed by Gumroad.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Because Prima16 stores your documents in your own browser, ending access does not delete them from your device.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: support@prima16.com.
